How to REPROGRAM your SUBCONSCIOUS with these steps (Three times technique)

Our brain is the most mysterious things in nature. It is the most powerful asset that we human race have  which set us apart from other animals.
The functioning of our brain is mainly divided into two- the conscious part and the unconscious part. Of the two component, the subconscious mind is the most understimated one.
Conscious mind is only the tip of the iceberg. There are numerous possibilities if we can tap our subconscious mind. Every moment and every event in our life is being recorded in our subconscious mind.
Our personality is the manifestation of these subconscious activities and we have no control over it. Every person have their own unique personality based on their past experiences. So our subconscious mind plays the most important role in our life.Let me come straight to the subject matter.
*How do we use the subconscious mind to our advantage? There are numerous possibilities. We can change our bad habits, or we can increase our confidence and enhance our personality. We must keep in mind that to achieve this we need to have strong determination and burning desire. There are various ways of subconscious programming that we can try such as the sublimal method or self hypnosis. But let's keep it aside and use some simple and easy techniques that can change our lives.
A habit takes twenty one (21) days to form. So we must sustain this technique for 21 days to have a lasting effect.
Let's call this technique THREE TIMES Technique. it's very simple. First we must set a particular goal and desire, as a rudderless boat never reach its destination.
*When you are getting up from your bed in the morning and when you are getting ready to sleep at night, just say your goal three times aloud. For example you can say "I want to be confident" or "I want to quit smoking" or whatever you want to achieve in your life. A positive self talk is healthy pill for your mind. There is an inner critic in every individual's mind. It will try to criticize you and inject negative thoughts in you. Negative thoughts plays in loop in our head. That is the reason why some people are not able to get  out of the abyss of anxiety and depression. When we recite our goals aloud, our inner critic is suppressed and our negative thoughts are counteracted.
Our brain is in the calmest state in the morning and when we are retiring for our sleep. So everything that we think during this time seeps inside our inner thought.
Self talk is the best way to reprogram our thoughts. These thoughts will manifest into our actions.
*How do we counteract our negative thoughts and replace it with positive thoughts?
I will advise you to apply the 3 times rules when negative thoughts pops up in your mind. Repeat it 3 times.
I will give you some examples:
*When your inner critic say
"I am no that smart"
you can say
" I can become smart through persistent efforts"
•••••
*"I failed. So I will give up" just say
"I have failed so i will try new strategy to succeed"
•••••
*"It's too hard. I give up" just say
"This is hard but I am going to persevere"
•••••
*"I don't understand this" just say
"I don't understand this yet. But I will keep trying"
•••••
*"I don't like challenges" just say
"I want to challenge myself so that I can improve"
•••••
*"This task is too big"
just say
"I can tackle anything I put my mind into"
•••••
These works pretty well as a means to reprogram our mind. It is not a placebo effect but rather an old system used by many prominent personalities. You are Only three dose of SELF Talk away from your goal.
So these are some of the technique that we can use to improve ourselves.
There is no limit to the human brain. The limit is only ourselves. Don't hold yourself back, Unleash the beast in YOU.

History of our Indian Tri-colour

Every free nation of the world has its own flag. It is a symbol of a free country. The National Flag of India was designed by Pingali Venkayyaand and adopted in its present form during the meeting of Constituent Assembly held on the 22 July 1947, a few days before India's independence from the British on 15 August, 1947. It served as the national flag of the Dominion of India between 15 August 1947 and 26 January 1950 and that of the Republic of India thereafter. In India, the term "tricolour" refers to the Indian national flag. The National flag of India is a horizontal tricolor of deep saffron (kesari) at the top, white in the middle and dark green at the bottom in equal proportion. The ratio of width of the flag to its length is two to three. In the centre of the white band is a navy blue wheel which represents the chakra. Its design is that of the wheel which appears on the abacus of the Sarnath Lion Capital of Ashoka. Its diameter approximates to the width of the w...

Manipuri Ras Leela dance

The Rasa Leela is the famous dance of Manipuri culture invoking deep feelings of people. The dance illustrates an eternal love of Radha and Krishna as been described in the Hindu scriptures & puranas. Also reveals the sublime love of Lord Krishna and Radha including the devotion of Gopies towards the Lord. In its actual meaning, Manipuri Rasa Leela specially depicts the connection of the individual soul with the spirit of the Supreme Being, if true faith is developed. The Gopikas represent individual souls confined to mundane responsibilities. The Godhead, represents by lord Krishna, is projected through the call of his enchanting flute.  With an eternal bond of love, they sneak out of their existence of human body but get united with each other with the soul. Therefore, it is a representation of projection of an interconnection of the human souls with the Supreme Being. In actual dance performance, the eye catching stylish movements and graceful gestures can be seen. During...
